Must movements be justified? Is a self-certification necessary?
A self-certification is not necessary from 5 am to 10 pm. From 10 pm to 5 am the next morning; it’s always necessary to show that one’s movements fall into the categories allowed.

Can I go to help a relative or a friend who is not self-sufficient?
Yes, it falls under survival needs, and no time limitation applies. From 10 pm to 5 am the next morning, a self-certification is always necessary.

I am separated/divorced, can I go visit my underage children?
Yes, you are allowed to go visit your underage children who reside with another parent or with a guardian. You are also allowed to move your children to your residence, even if they live in a different municipality.

Can I to go to church or to any other place of worship?
Yes, but only from 5 am to 10 pm.

If one lives in a municipality and works in another, can one go ‘back and forth’?

Must movements be justified? Is a self-certification necessary?
From 5 am to 10 pm movements don’t have to justified, if they are limited to your municipality. To travel to other municipalities, and during the period from 10 pm to 5 am in your municipality of residence, you must prove that they fall within the grounds allowed by means of a written self-certification to be compiled in the forms that the local and state police have in their possession. 

Can one go to help a relative or a friend who is not self-sufficient?
Yes, it falls under the category of survival needs, and no time limitation applies.

I am separated/divorced, can I go visit my underage children?
Yes, you are allowed to go visit your underage children who reside with another parent or with a guardian. You are also allowed to move your children to your residence, even if they live in a different municipality.

Can I to go to church or to any other place of worship?
Yes, but only from 5 am to 10 pm. The same rules as the Red Zone apply to the time period from 10 pm to 5 am.

In this instance if one is unable to work at home, moving is warranted by the necessity to work.

After the initial time, moves will be allowed only for the following reasons: job requirements, survival needs, study or health, or to avail yourself of services not found in one’s municipality (ex: To go to the post office or to shop for necessities, if those services are not available where one resides.)

It’s allowed to go to a place of worship nearest your home; movement must be limited to the immediate vicinity of your domicile. Access to places of worship is allowed provided that gatherings are avoided, and that interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter is maintained. Those times that you move for work or survival needs, you can go to a place of worship that is along the route. Religious services attendance is allowed.
