Starting on December 21 till January 6, all movements from 10PM to 5AM the next
morning are not allowed.

On January 1, 2021, there will be no movement from 10PM to 7AM the next morning.

It will be possible to go to your second home every day, with the exception of
December 25/26 and January 1, even if it is located in a different municipality
within the region where you live.

From December 24, 2020 to January 6, 2021, a maximum of two people will be
allowed to move once a day to go to a private residence within the region. The
single person, or the two people, can be accompanied by children under 14 years
of age or by an individual who is disabled or not self-sufficient and shares the
same house.

All of Italy will be a Red Zone: there will be no circulation, movement is allowed
solely for survival needs. You will have to carry a self-declaration.

  • All stores, beauty salons, coffee shops, bar and restaurants will be closed. Take
    out service will be allowed till 10PM while home deliveries won’t have any
    limitations.
  • Supermarkets, pharmacies and para-pharmacies, groceries and first necessity
    stores, newsstands, tobacco shops, dry cleaners, beauty parlors and barber shops will remain open. 

All of Italy will be an Orange Zone: Movements without any limitations will be
allowed within the boundaries of your municipality.

  • Coffee shops, bar and restaurants will remain closed. Take out service will be allowed till 10PM while home deliveries won’t have any limitations.
  • All shops are open till 9PM.

Extension of residence permits

  All residence permits with an expiration date between January 31, 2021 and April 30, 2021, will remain valid until APRIL 31, 2021. Decree Law
