The S.O.L.E.I.L. project offers a professional training course for Pizza Maker (Pizzaiolo).

Who is it for?

The course is designed for:

  • Non-EU citizens who are victims or at risk of labor exploitation
  • Unaccompanied minors and young adults
  • Refugee women and asylum seekers
  • Families and single-parent households
  • Victims of trafficking and sexual exploitation
  • Migrants hosted in reception centers (CAS and SAI)

Course Details

  • Total duration: 355 hours
  • Training: 284 hours
    • 104 hours of theory
    • 180 hours of practical laboratory (kitchen training)
  • Internship: 71 hours in local pizzerias

Certification

At the end of the course, participants will receive:

  • Workplace Safety Certificate
  • HACCP Food Safety Certificate
  • Professional Qualification Certificate (after passing the final exam)

Organization

  • Classes: 5 days per week, 4–6 hours per day
  • Internship: up to 6 days per week, up to 6 hours per day

Start Date

  • Expected to begin in the second half of April

Listening and support space for migrant minors and young people

U-Report On The Move is a safe space where you can receive legal support and also talk, freely and safely, about your feelings, your problems and whatever is worrying you.
A trained professional listens to you and helps you find the right support for your needs.
The service is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

To use it, simply send a message on Facebook Messenger, through the U-Report On The Move platform.
A team of psychologists replies to messages and offers personalised and attentive support.
